Summary | 0003883: Xfce regular menu categories are not shown under 'Usual applications' menu
Description | The /etc/xdg/menus/applications-merged/kali-applications.menu configuration file is setup so that regular menu categories (Accessories, Development, Graphics, Internet, ...) are moved under an 'Usual Applications' category. On Xfce however the move does not happen. All the categories remain at the same level of the Kali tools categories. Please see the attached screenshot for details.
Steps To Reproduce | Default behaviour on Kali for Xfce.

Please could you see if you are able to replicate this issue with the latest version of Kali Linux - https://www.kali.org/downloads/)? If you are still facing the same problem, feel free to re-open the ticket. If you choose to do this, could you provide more information to the issue you are facing, and also give information about your setup? |
