| Description | Dear Concern, As I just upgraded the kali linux to the latest version (2019.3) but it shows the latest updated version is 2019.4. So please requesting you check whether there is a issue of just printing issues there at all or anything else. I here attached the screenshot I found from my machine updates. Please have a look to the attachment section. Please suggest if there's any feasible solution or anything required to do. Regards, | ||||

If you use the live ISO, you will see 2019.3 but once you upgrade with the latest packages from kali-rolling, you will get an update of the base-files package where we made some changes and bumped the version already in prevision of the next release. There's nothing wrong here. Kali is a rolling release, it changes daily and we can't have a version for each day, so the documented version in base-files will never be 100% accurate. |
