Summary	0006605: Raspberry Pi 4 Kali doesnt update wallpaper when setting a wallpaper
Description	Tried to set a wallpaper, did absolutely nothing. Checked Desktop app; picture was registered as the one i set, but the actual desktop was still set as the default one.
Steps To Reproduce	open image viewer, set an image as wallpaper. check desktop.
