Steps To Reproduce

start up kali-linux 2019.3a-vbox
login
open firefox
open terminal type apt-get update (you will get hash mismatch errors)
then go to firefox and try to browse the web and machine keeps resetting screen and eventually crashes

same with kali-linux 2019.4a-vbox

Additional Information

I did a short video of it but seems like your max file size is limited to 2mib LOL! seems small to me but whatever my video is right at 5mib and only about 2 mins so i recommend if you want to get the full aspect of peoples problems you should allow a bit larger files to be uploaded especially if you want detailed footage and see how it happens instead of just pictures which i see don't help much.
