A temporary fix is this to be executed with root apparmor_parser -r /var/lib/snapd/apparmor/profiles/* I don't know if is snap broken or only a my machine error. |

Apparently this should be fixed with the next snapd version, the version At the moment it's blocked by the glibc transition, so I don't know exactly when it will enter kali-rolling. Could be a couple of days, I guess. |
