Summary0007505: install does not load for hyper-v and crashes in vmware
Description

I first tried installing 2021.4 in vmware pro, the install filled up a 50 gig virtual disk and crashes. System ran so slow because of the high volume of data that I could not see what was going on. Then tried installing in hyper-v, the system installs but freezes at bootup, black screen.

Steps To Reproduce

Install 2021.4 in hyper-v or vmware and boot after install.
