Describe the bug
My computer host: win10
VMware® Workstation 16 Pro：16.2.4 build-20089737
Kali GNU/Linux 2022.3
Kernel version: 5.18.0-kali5-amd64 (64 bit)
KDE plasma version: 5.25.3

The self-contained vmware-tools does not work properly with kali kde, it only provides graphical functionality, but copy and paste has no effect.
kali kde comes with open-vm-tools, But copy and paste does not work properly.
I tried a complete uninstall and reinstall, open-vm-tools and open-vm-tools-desktop.
Everything was fine, but when I restarted it, I lost the copy and paste function again.
I can only solve this problem by typing vmware-user in the terminal every time I log in to the system.

Steps To Reproduce

Install normally, update normally, reboot, and then you'll notice the loss of work.
It may happen right away and may require a few more reboots.
