updated description

Please add the Armstorm ARM disassembler, which can be useful for developers working on Vulnerability research involving ARM binaries.

The tool is licensed GPL v3, which allows for redistribution. It is an ARM dissassembler. This tool will allow for exploit developers and vulnerability researchers to disassemble ARM binaries, opening up possibilities such as exploit development and malware analysis against ARM binaries. The only requirement should be to add Armstorm to the distribution. There are currently no alternatives to this functionality in the existing distribution.
