1.libreoffice is listed in (gui manager) installed application, and if they are choosen to be shown in application list manually, they compare.
2.files like xlsx are linked to archivemanager instead to bo open with libreoffice. Other documentsmfiles same issue.
3.from some weeks i have passed to hexchat. To run it, sometimes, i have to open a shell and call it, because sometimes (I dont remeber if 100% of the times) it isnt listed in application list.
4.libreoffice always installed from sources (dpkg -i *deb, from tar.gz downloaded from official site), and hexchat installed trougth apt-get install

Due to the age of the OS (Kali Moto [v1], Kali Safi [v2], Kali Rolling 2016.x), these legacy versions are no longer supported.
