Which version of Kali are you using? The mt7601u driver was added to a 4.2 kernel and the kali-rolling release is at 4.4 right now and I just checked and the driver is enabled in our kernel config.

Can you please post the output of dmesg after you insert the wn727n into your computer please?

When I'm trying to plug it during Kali is running RPi is restarted.

Due to the age of the OS (Kali Moto [v1], Kali Safi [v2], Kali Rolling 2016.x), these legacy versions are no longer supported.
