Sorry, I am referring during installetion process. Grub stops in "update-grub" screen at 66% (using legacy option in BIOS).

Ok, I don't know the reason but the problem is with archive-4.kali.org mirror. Selecting another mirror manually (I have selected http://ftp.halifax.rwth-aachen.de/kali) as goes well.

Any idea why?

Due to the age of the OS (Kali Moto [v1], Kali Safi [v2], Kali Rolling 2016.x/2017.1), these legacy versions are no longer supported.
