Description

In Wireshark 2.2.3+g57531cd-1 the GUI crashes after attempting to right click select a packet and follow the TCP or UDP stream.

Steps To Reproduce
  1. Open wireshark and start a capture on eth0
  2. Once some packets are captured, right click one of them
  3. Hover over 'Follow >'
    4 Click 'TCP Stream' or Click 'UDP Stream'
  4. Gui Crashes

Using the VM, using the same version, it doesn't crash. I tested both TCP and UDP follow the way you describe.

Providing a PCAP to reproduce the issue and maybe running wireshark from a terminal and getting the console output after a crash can help.

Sorry, looks like it was a broken update issue with my VM.

Reverted my VM to an earlier snapshot then did an apt-get update && apt-get upgrade -y && apt-get dist-upgrade -y.

Problem gone.
