This USB VID/PID has not been added. Thanks for reporting, will add ut shortly along with some others and push an update for it as soon as possible. Again, thanks.

My mistake, this VID/PID is not related to the realtek-rtl88xxau-dkms package because the VID/PID belongs to "Realtek RTL8192EU".

Due to the age of the OS (Kali Moto [v1], Kali Safi [v2], Kali Rolling 2016.x/2017.x), these legacy versions are no longer supported.
