Hi, I too had this and fixed it by reinstalling kali. You can even keep your data because this is caused by a os issue (bad kernel module i believe), but if you didn't have anything important on your machine then it is much faster to just reinstall. Just and FYI, reproducabillity would be unknown in a block like this because you didn't get this block on a separate machine. Also this is not very urgent for the new update withc should prevent this from happening so please be more mindful in taging urgent as some people may have bricked machines for instance (just and example) and want to prevent it from happening to others. Thanks for telling us. |

ok but i don't wanna reinstall kali cause the important thing for me is save the software already installed on pc.Thats way i sent help and bug request to solve it. |

Due to the age of the OS (Kali Moto [v1], Kali Safi [v2], Kali Rolling 2016.x/2017.x/2018.1), these legacy versions are no longer supported. Please could you see if you are able to replicate this issue with the latest version of Kali Linux - https://www.kali.org/downloads/)? If you are still facing the same problem, feel free to re-open the ticket. If you choose to do this, could you provide more information to the issue you are facing, and also give information about your setup? |
