Description | By installing the version Kali Linux 2018.1/32 bit it skips the initialisation of the Username and Password. One second after that Root init the User init announcement is to be seen on the screen, but it goes straight to the partitioning activities. | ||||

It looks like that you are not aware that this is currently a feature of Kali: Use the root account with the root password that you have set during installation. You can create supplementary users afterwards. |
