Summary0000605: ODROID-XU spews hdmi debugging on every console
Description

On the ODROID-XU, the graphics device is actually a v4l device. Samsung has written a utility to use it as an HDMI device, however the output is quite verbose, and gets written to every terminal and virtual terminal when run. Which currently happens because it is run from rc.local at boot time so that there is HDMI output.

Steps To Reproduce

Boot image on ODROID-XU. Open a terminal in X, see that it is unusable due to the debugging output.

Additional Information

Talked with upstream about this, and it's on their todo list, but no time frame. Looking into fixing myself.

Have a fixed image prepared.

The key is to edit the log.h file for the exynos5-hwcomposer and add a define for ALOGF and change the if 1 to if 0.
