Can you add some more information please? Is the monitor detected through 'xrandr --query'?

Actually format disk and install Ubuntu but 100% xrandr --query just show me eDP (laptop display). I checkd all solution which I found in net nothing.
I see on ubuntu is something strange after update upgrade etc I see matrix on my laptop there is something wrong with kernel 5.13 or nvidia newest drivers I don't know yet.

In my humble opinion you should improve support dual displays in Kali. Ubuntu 21.10 and kernel 5.13.0-27-generic 0000029-Ubuntu working perfect. It was problem nvidia drivers. In Ubuntu 20.04 LTS installing ubuntu drivers helped me recover to normal state with dual monitors.
Maybe you know some tricks how to do it in Kali Linux. But in my opinion it should work default after instalation.

Press "F8" during boot, or hold "f8" during start up and come to the safe mode for "recovery"

I'm not super familiar with the issue discussed here, but did you try to install and run GNOME, instead of the default Kali desktop XFCE? Ubuntu desktop is based on GNOME, and I wouldn't be surprised if GNOME handles dual display better than XFCE. That was my two cents!

Thanks @arnaudr Gnome support dual monitors but it not work as perfect as in ubuntu. Kali allow me set up monitors 2,1(primary) only in this configuration i can move mouse coursor from left edge monitor to right edge monitor. Ubuntu doesn't have this limitation.
