Summary0004028: Top bar and dock accessible from lock screen
Description

When I've locked the screen using keyboard or lock button, the top bar and dock are both accessible from lock screen and the commands are successfully executed on background.

The issue are resolved rebooting the machine, and I don't be able to reproduce anymore.

System up to date.
