Summary | 0007886: GQRX fails to run: "rpcmanager: Aggregator not in use, and a rpc booter is already registered
Description | terminate called after throwing an instance of 'std::runtime_error'
This happened on my Raspberry Pi 4 after running apt update, apt upgrade. It was working fine prior to 2022.3. gqrx also ran fine on 2022.2 on my amd64 laptop, but gives the same error after updating over the weekend. Fresh install of 2022.3 on the Pi 4, and installation of gqrx-sdr fails in the same way. Searching for this error, it seems like it might stem from GNURadio or GTK in some way. |

Maybe this is a duplicate of 0007878 and already fixed in gqrx-sdr 2.15.8-1+b4? |
|
@ax0n can you make sure you've run sudo apt update && sudo apt full-upgrade on your systems. As Dober points out, this was fixed in 2.15.8-1+b4, which is in the repositories already. If you're still experiencing it with 2.15.8-1+b4, please re-open the bug and let us know it's still an issue for you. |
