Summary | 0003862: Wireshark 2.2.3+g57531cd-1 CRASH when selecting context menu item 'Follow > TCP Stream' & 'Follow > UDP Stream'
Description | In Wireshark 2.2.3+g57531cd-1 the GUI crashes after attempting to right click select a packet and follow the TCP or UDP stream.
Steps To Reproduce |
| ||||
Using the VM, using the same version, it doesn't crash. I tested both TCP and UDP follow the way you describe. Providing a PCAP to reproduce the issue and maybe running wireshark from a terminal and getting the console output after a crash can help. |

Sorry, looks like it was a broken update issue with my VM. Reverted my VM to an earlier snapshot then did an apt-get update && apt-get upgrade -y && apt-get dist-upgrade -y. Problem gone. Thanks for responding so quick. Please mark as resolved. |
