Summary | 0007127: Add driver for VFS7500 Touch Fingerprint Sensor
Description | There is no driver for this Fingerprint sensor
It looks like you would need to follow the steps and install from https://github.com/3v1n0/libfprint - Ideally they would get their changes accepted to the upstream libfprint and then everyone would be able to use it. Kali as a general rule, does not fork packages for hardware support, and since no one on the team has one of these to even test that it works, it would be better to get it accepted either in Debian itself, or in the upstream libfprint as previously mentioned. |
