Summary0002285: Add couchdb to kali-dev to fix python-faraday
Description

python-faraday is not migrating to kali-rolling because it depends on couchdb which is not in Jessie (but was in Wheezy).

We should import a working couchdb in kali-dev... unfortunately the source package from unstable doesn't build currently (according to https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=746053).

So maybe we should update the Debian package to 1.6.1 and use that (and submit the updated package to Debian too).

A modification of package python-faraday was needed for kali-dev: new version 1.0.10-0kalidev2
