Description

Live-build fails to run

Steps To Reproduce

From fresh install using kali-1.0.1-amd64.iso (SHA1 619b1ffb72b8c72fa341adccdf4ecbadedacec6e)
Proceed with instructions at http://docs.kali.org/live-build/live-build-a-custom-kali-iso

Additional Information

I have another VM that was setup shortly after Kali's initial release with live-build git cloned on it that does work. However all future attempts to use live-build on newly installed machines have failed.
