Summary0008925: Session Restore no more working
Description

after last upgrades at each login the system start with an empty session.
In spite of the Workspace > Startup and Shutdown > Session Restore the "On login, launch apps that were open:" is set to "On last Logout" the system start always with an empty session.
Same If it is set to "When session was manually saved". After saved the session and shutdown, the system start always with an empty session.
Where is the problem?
