Summary0009053: Missing packages for Sickle v3.1.0
Description

Hello Kali Team,

I hope you all enjoyed the holidays �!

I updated my Kali instance along with "sickle-tool" and noticed there may be some issues with newly added dependencies.

To fix this you will need to install cmake (apt install cmake -y) then the keystone engine via pip (pip3 install keystone-engine).

I have uploaded in kali-dev a new package python3-keystone-engine and a new version of sickle-tool (3.1.0-0kali2) with a dependency on python3-keystone-engine

Various automatic tests will be performed, then the packages will migrate to kali-rolling.
