Heya, we can package this, yes.
It doesn't need to be preinstalled but we can package it so people can easily install it via apt. We have to be careful about what we include in the default installer, as it can get too large otherwise. But after being packaged it will appear in our kali-tools documentation pages, so that people can find it easily.
