It now errors out with: Error: An error of type NoMethodError happened, message is undefined method `snakecase' for an instance of String Latest know version to work is 2.7.0 according to https://forum.hackthebox.com/t/undefined-method-error-with-evil-winrm-no-snakecase-method-how-can-i-fix-this/319376 | ||||

Report to the dev of the tool (evil-winrm) instead of the packaging team so that they are fixing the compatibility issue? |
I would do it but the dev doesn't have issues enabled and the project kinda seems dead. just my 2 cents of course |

Dev branch seems be still quite active (last commit two months ago): https://github.com/Hackplayers/evil-winrm/commits/dev/ and version 3.8 seems to be in the making: https://github.com/Hackplayers/evil-winrm/blob/dev/CHANGELOG.md You probably just need to find a way to contact them (i wouldn't expect that the Kali team is doing that or fixing issues in software of some one else), e.g. this file has a e-mail contact: https://github.com/Hackplayers/evil-winrm/blob/master/evil-winrm.gemspec |
