Its goal is to help security practitioners and lab environments observe and analyze network traffic during troubleshooting and authorized assessments. The tool provides a simple entry point to initiate capture from the chosen interface and presents basic runtime output to the user.

Kerberos AS-REQ & AS-REP Sniffer for security analysis Kerbeus is a specialized packet sniffer for capturing and analyzing Kerberos authentication traffic. It correlates AS-REQ and AS-REP messages to extract Pre-Authentication hashes that can be used for offline password cracking.
