VULTURE is a modular RF/SDR analysis and intelligence platform developed and maintained by black-210. It combines signal processing, RF analysis, RF fingerprinting, scientific computing, AI/ML, and forensic analysis into a single extensible platform.

VULTURE provides functionality for IQ signal analysis, FFT, PSD, spectrograms, signal detection, feature extraction, RF fingerprinting, RF-DNA analysis, data analysis, machine-learning workflows, and reproducible forensic analysis. The project includes a modular architecture with reusable Python APIs, CLI tools, GUI components, tests, examples, and documentation.

The project is actively maintained and continuously updated with new functionality, improvements, bug fixes, tests, and analysis capabilities.

VULTURE is already packaged and available in the official BlackArch Linux repository under the package name "vulture-black":

BlackArch currently lists "vulture-black" in its official Radio tools category, providing an existing distribution/package reference for the project.

The project is intended for legitimate RF research, signal analysis, SDR experimentation, digital signal processing, scientific research, and forensic/analytical workflows. It is designed as a receive-and-analysis platform and does not provide jamming or signal spoofing functionality.
