Summary	0005287: everytime when i shut down it always starts showing a stop job is running .
Description	Everytime when i shut down it always starts showing a stop job is running, and it increases time after every single completed moment.Please help me solve this issue throughout. And also whenever i tries to log out it always give a blackout screen . And in both the situation i have to close it by pressing the power button for 10s.
