Summary0001021: chromebook samsung arm image doesn's support rtl8187
Description

The rtl8187 driver is not part of the kernel's modules.

Therefor: the card is listed in lsusb, we can see it detected in dmesg once it's plugged in, but no interface appears in iwconfig output.

Steps To Reproduce
  • plug an alpha network card: AWUS036H or any that use RTL8187 driver:
  • check lsusb / dmesg
  • iwconfig will show no new interfaces like wlan0

Thanks. This was due to a slim kernel config. Image has been updated to include more wireless drivers and USB network adapters in 1.0.6a.
