Currently there is the linux version already in the repo, however, could we also get a windows version added?

Adding a 7 MB installable executable to the windows-binary package is an overkill imho. Perhaps a separate package could be used.

It turns out that upstream only has the .exe's in a separate download so that's why ours were missing.
Added the Windows binaries along with the rest of http-tunnel under /usr/share/http-tunnel/exe/ in package http-tunnel_1.2.1-03192014-0kali1. It will be in the repos soon.
