Summary0000115: airmon-ng puts centrino 6200 advanced-N wifi in broken monitor mode
Description

can see traffic. cannot inject packets.

is remedied by first putting in monitor mode using airmon-zc instead.

then even if monitor removed, and recreated with airmon-ng, it works properly

perhaps a hw initialization or firmware issue

Steps To Reproduce

airmon-ng start wlan0 (with 6200 wifi hardware)

aireplay mon0 --test

will show packet injection failing

Additional Information

subsequently

airmon-ng stop mon0 (remove monitor mode interface)

airmon-zc start wlan0 (creates wlan0mon, which works properly)
