Description

Took it upon myself to type up a few man pages for various commands found in the framework.
msfelfscan
msfrop
msfpescan
msfconsole
msfencode
msfpayload
msfvenom
msfcli

Additional Information

Did my best in regards of author(s) and version for the tools. Since they don't all display version numbers I just used the one from msfconsole.
