| Summary | 0002108: live-build does not build in German | ||||
| Description | Dear maintainers, after the change to live-build 4, it appears, taht the windowmanager (LXDE) I figured out, that the reason for this might be the missing package "locales" which is not installed by default. Of course, package "locales-all" is installed properly. Solution: Adding package "locales" to the list fixes this bug. Could you add this package to the default dependencies? Thank you very much. Best regards Hans | ||||

It looks like "locales" is needed for all other languages, except English and US-American. This bug will not be noticed, if you do not build for English (which is the default, what the kali-team does). Best Hans |

This makes no sense, locales-all is the same as having enabled all locales with the package "locales" installed. Unless you can explain me why the behaviour differs, I am not going to change this. Actually installing "locales" instead of locales-all will regress as the system will only have a single locale enabled... |
