Summary0000220: Error message on desktop!
Description

Hi,

I have tried to install Kali Linux on VirtualBox (Windows 7 64) several time, but I always get the message on my desktop " Something went wrong. A problem has occurred and the system can not recover.". And I can't access to menu or other stuff.
I tried to make an update from terminal window but there are no updates avalable.

If someone had the same issue or someone who have the solution, can you share it with me, please ?!.

Sorry but there is nothing we can do about this as you have not provided enough information.
We need to have the info in the VM settings for the VM and what version. The version of kali you are using and the revision.
Also whether you have checked the checksum of the iso.

I would suspect you have not allocated enough RAM or disk space in the VM

RAM : 1024 Mb
Disk space : 8 Gb
Kali: kali-linux-1.0.2-i386

You were right. I have not allocated enought disk space in the VM. I thought 8 Gb would be enough.

I found the same problem in the Kali forum : http://forums.kali.org/showthread.php?864-Kali-VirtualBox-A-problem-has-occured-and-the-system&highlight=virtualbox

I think the problem is "Solved", but I don't know how to change the statement.
