Summary0002948: Tweak Tool Global Dark Theme Setting Fails To Write Setting
DescriptionWhen opening the Tweak Tool on the left sidebar of Kali Linux 2, enabling the "Global Dark Theme" setting causes the following error:

"Error writing setting"
Steps To Reproduce1. Login as user (any user, though tested as root)
2. Open the Tweak Tool from the left side bar
3. Click the toggle switch to enable "Global Dark Theme"
4. Error message will appear at the bottom of the screen stating, "Error writing setting"
Additional InformationThis can be fixed in the following manner:

1. cd ~/.config
2. mkdir gtk-3.0
3. cd gtk-3.0/
4. touch settings.ini
5. Log out
6. Log back in
7. Follow steps to reproduce. Step 4 will no longer occur.

@rhertzog — 2016.1 fixed it and the global dark theme is working correctly now.
