Summary0002975: Terminal is not working anymore
Description

Good Evening
Firstly, excuse me for my bad English

The problem is that the terminal does not work anymore and i can't even open it.

after i changed system language to English with (dpkg-reconfigure locales), i restarted my computer and i did a diagnostic test in the Bios and i was having no problems, after that i booted and the terminal was not working any more.

I have Dell latitude 6420
