Network firmware miss it is saying...i have given the snapshot and please fix my problem or any other solution please tell me please please please....!!

Ethernet is the network adaptar which i was update successfully but nothings changes is happened....please fix soon
.i was trying all the versions of kali linux and. 2016.1 Also getting same problem
