| Summary | 0003077: Failsafe Mode | ||||
| Description | I've tried multiple USB drives with kali 2016.1 full and light. The only way I can get kali to run is from the light 64 bit version in failsafe mode. I'm trying to have a Live USB install with persistence. | ||||
| Steps To Reproduce | Boot Kali 2016.1 from USB drive then try to install | ||||
| Additional Information | Graphical installs on both lead to "failed to add i915 component master" and Live USB with persistence leads starts but fails with a "port power management may be unreliable" message. Full details in attached picture | ||||
