| Summary | 0000310: apt sources.list incomplete if installed without network | ||||
| Description | If Kali Linux is installed without network access, setting up a mirror during installation fails. Afterwards the sources.list file is incomplete and does not contain the "base" repos but only for example the security repo. It would be nice if the sources.list file would always include the "base" repos. | ||||

Is this still applicable to Kali 2016.1? In any case, it does not look entirely wrong to have only the CDROM entry if you installed without network access... Is the http entry commented out or is it really not available? |

No feedback and even if it's still true I don't think it's worth fixing on our side. Please report to Debian if you want to change this. |
