Your "Sucuri" cloudy firewall seems to block every Tor IP I've tried. No doubt their machine learning has observed the astonishing fact that most DoS attacks occur via Tor nodes. So in that sense, the block is sort of reasonable. However, this makes it very difficult to maintain anonymity and access this site. One solution, which is not really secure at all, is to use Tor to access this website via a free proxy server. Fixing this would make it a lot easier for this ostensibly security-oriented community here to collaborate.
