Description

While in the boot screen, the screen does not flicker. After logging in however, the entire screen flickers. If I move the cursor or open a program that has to load for a time the flickering will stop; i.e. opening Firefox and trying to load a screen. Using a USB to boot

Without any further information (kernel version, logs of the kernel, Xorg logs, type of video card, etc), this bug is not actionable.
