Summary	0000399: Incomplete GUI on restart
Description	After installation GUI works fine for the first time. On logout and once again login - incomplete gui (Application, places, root and taskbar not visible till you click using mouse). Settings (eg: touchpad setting) are not changed but they won't work (touchpad doesn't work have to use mouse buttons) Same issue even after multiple restart. update/upgrade - no effect
