Description

Im using Kali-Linux Mate Desktop.

After installing and upgrading the system i notice that the files on the

Desktop not showing . I tried with mate-tweak tool to uncheck and recheck it but nothing works!

I think this bug from mate Desktop !

Plz any fix ?

No,im using other file manager : nautilus

Then it's your fault.

nautilus is not part of MATE, caja is. Nautilus is not handling icons on the desktop unless you enable a special option that can be controlled by gnome-tweak-tool (since it's part of gnome).
