Summary	0000481: Setting File Permissions on both persistent usb installs and HD installs
Description	When trying to change permissions such as Allow executing file as program you must select file individually. If you try changing all files in a folder nothing occurs. Note we do this operation in BT5R3 all the time with no difficulty on the same computers.
Steps To Reproduce	Easy - try and change permissions to more then one file.
