Summary | 0004814: Headers Issue ::: Linux kali 4.16.0-kali2-amd64 0000001 SMP Debian 4.16.12
Description | I just updated the distribution but it didn't update to 2018.2. However it updated to 4.16.0. It removed all my old headers and Kali will not fit to screen. In the screenshot, it literally does not get any bigger than that. I'm using vmware. How do i obtain old headers or upgrade to the newest version. I have run all upgrade commands. apt-get update I even approached this process before I even found this. This is what I tried to do to resolve the issue.

I decided to install a completely new image. I grabbed it off the site which was the Kali Linux 64 Bit on the downloads page. I ran the install and wouldn't update. Now it wont update past 4.15.0-kali2-amd64. How can I properly update this and get it back to full screen. |
