Summary	0004928: Connect (111: connection refused)
Description	when i run apt-get update i receive the following errors: could not connect to htt.kali.org:80 (192.99.200.113). - Connect (111:connection refused) can't due any updates. I just downloaded the OVA. Did not even do anything with it yet.
