Summary	0004951: Ensure b43-fwcutter returns to Debian testing
Description	We imported b43-fwcutter when it got dropped from Debian testing but this can't be a long term solution. We need to make sure the package goes back to testing. For this, we should do a QA upload (properly orphaning the package) and fixing its RC bug: https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=819705 https://tracker.debian.org/pkg/b43-fwcutter The package VCS needs to moved to salsa.debian.org at the same time.
