Summary0005251: udev service started failed after dist-upgrade
Description

I upgraded to newest kali version. But it boots failed after I reboot.
The log shows: 

systemd-udevd.service: Main process exited, code=killed, status=31/SYS
systemctl-udevd.service: Failed with result 'signal'.
Failed to start udev Kernel Device Manager

More logs information are in thr attachments.
By looking through the log files, I don't find any specific or detail information about this error.
So I have no idea how to fix this.
Please help me find a way to resolve it.

This is not a support forum, we can't help you. But if you can attribute your problem to an actionable bug, then we might be able to fix it. Right now you are not providing enough data to even try to help you.

Please read https://kali.training/chapter-6/filing-a-good-bug-report/ first. We are a small team and we expect you to provide a much more detailed bug report. Documenting the version of udev, your architecture, your hardware, etc is the bare minimun. Screenshots are not very helpful for textual content. Take the time to save the logs to files on a USB key to share them entirely with us.

Due to the age of the OS (Kali Moto [v1], Kali Safi [v2], Kali Rolling <= 2018.4), these legacy versions are no longer supported.
We will be closing this ticket due to inactivity.
